Fashinza has opened a design lab to boost its product development and research infrastructure in the city of Gurugram.
The design lab spread over an area of 3,000 sq ft is equipped with the latest tech-backed machinery and equipment that will develop new products in less than a week.
Commenting on the launch, Pawan Gupta, CEO of Fashinza in a statement said, “We are excited to launch our cutting-edge product development and research facility, equipped with the latest tech innovations. This new unit represents our commitment to innovation and excellence, empowering us to explore novel textile solutions, refine our craftsmanship, and set new industry benchmarks for quality and performance.”
“Technology and R&D are the spines of the facility, and we look forward to optimizing the global fashion supply chain in a more sustainable and efficient way,” Gupta added.
Currently, the design lab develops 1500 new designs per month and aims to produce over 20,000 new designs within the first year of its launch.
Founded in 2020, Fashinza is a tech-enabled design-to-delivery apparel manufacturing platform for fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers, utilizing AI to predict upcoming trends and designs.
