Face of World Runway Fashion Week aims to break world record this June

Face of World Runway Fashion Week aims to break a world record for the largest number of models and designers to participate in a four-day fashion show. The event is scheduled to take place in New Delhi from June 26 to 30.

“We are going to create a history by organising this event and making India proud,” announced the event organiser on Facebook. “We don’t just want to illuminate the name of Delhi, India but want to illuminate the name of India. We are working towards the bright future of fashion industry.”
 
The fashion show is currently recruiting models and designers, according to its All Events page. The event is organised by fashion events business JSF World Production which also runs makeup masterclasses and fashion awards ceremonies, according to its Facebook page. The business also operates as a modelling agency and runs numerous charitable initiatives such as fundraising runs. 

Event organiser and JSF World Production head Jai Suryawansi aims to have over 3,000 models walk the runway for Face of World Runway Fashion Week. Suryawansi also aims to include looks by over 2,500 fashion designers and work with over 1,500 makeup artists who will take part in a combined 48 hours of runway shows.
