The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts will hold its 58th India Handicrafts and Gifts Fair: Delhi Fair from October 16 to 20 this year at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida. The event is designed to showcase products made by India’s artisans to a domestic and international trade audience.
The next edition of IHGF will feature product categories including accessories, homeware, clothing, jewellery, textile goods, kitchen ware, and home textiles among others, according to the EPCH’s Facebook page. The business to business fair will present crafts from many Indian regions to showcase its diversity and craftsmanship.
The EPCH recently concluded its IHGF trade show on February 10 and welcomed traders and buyers from India and beyond, the traders’ body announced on Facebook. The event is also part of the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ campaign which is designed to boost domestic production in a range of sectors including textiles and apparel among others.
