Ankita Vasista, partner at Stronger Her Venture, and Priti Sawant, founder CEO of Joules 2 Watt also participated in the funding round.

Drip Project will utilise the funds to expand its product portfolio by increasing its offerings from 500 to over 1,000 products.

Additionally, the brand will also invest to support inventory expansion and further growth initiatives.

Commenting on the founding, co-founder Harsh Maskara in a statement said, “We are committed to evolving the luxury streetwear jewellery industry in India with the support of these notable investors.”

Drip Project, founded in 2021 by Maskara and Rohit Golia, specialises in a range of jewellery items, including bracelets, chains, pendants, rings, and earrings. In 2022, it was acquired by Metaman for $1 million (Rs 8 crore) which saw the departure of Golia from the company.

Recently, the brand had onboarded celebrity photographer Rahul Jhangiani as an investor and creative advisor to elevate the label’s offerings and pursue industry collaborations.

Drip Project retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store and the brand offers solid gold options via special order.
