Chumbak opens store in Gurgaon’s Good Earth City Centre Mall

Accessories, homeware, and lifestyle brand Chumbak has opened a new store in Gurgaon to reach more shoppers in the region. Located in Sector 50’s Good Earth City Centre Mall, the store houses the brand’s Indian culture inspired collections. 

“We are excited to expand in Gurgaon to cater to our growing Chumbak community in the city,” said the brand’s co-founder and director of product and design Shubhra Chadda, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Like every Chumbak store, the store will bring to its shoppers all things that make them smile from souvenirs, homeware, accessories to stuff they would love to gift.”
 
The brand launched the store with an inaugural offer of 20% discounts for its first month of operations. Products featured in the bright retail space include home textiles such as cushions and throw blankets, kitchenware, candles, décor items, and other accessories. 

Vivek and Shubhra Prabhakar set up Chumbak in 2010 in Bengaluru to bring vibrant, modern interpretations of traditional Indian aesthetics to shoppers across India. The brand’s name means ‘magnet’ in Sanskrit and the label designs its products in India. The brand retails from its brick-and-mortar outlets in numerous Indian cities and its direct to customer e-commerce store.
