Chumbak launches smartwatch line

Accessories and lifestyle brand Chumbak has launched a new line of smartwatches on Amazon India, designed for the modern Indian woman. The smartwatch marks the brand’s expansion into the modern tech-lifestyle segment. 

“We love to design for our consumer’s evolving lifestyle needs,” said Chumbak’s co-founder and director Shubhra Chadda in a press release on August 3. “A smartwatch is synonymous to a woman’s every day, and we wanted to make the accessory more desirable and playful with our fun strap and watch face designs that are vibrant and energetic. We’re thrilled to launch this range on Amazon, making it accessible to millions and we hope the consumer loves it as much we do.”
 
Smartwatches have been a fast-growing product category in the Indian market with numerous brands launching smartwatch lines. Chumbak’s smart watch line mixes its bright, desi prints with technology, its first launch featuring four watch bands and two styles of aluminium watch case. The smartwatches come with over 100 customisable watch faces, health tracking, and Bluetooth calling among other features.
