Chappers opens its first franchise store in Nashik

Chappers, a men’s footwear brand known for its tech-driven customization has expanded its retail presence with the launch of its maiden franchise store in the city of Nashik.

The store located on College Road, Nashik will house men’s footwear that includes kolhapuris, pathani, mojdis, loafers, as well as women’s footwear.

Chappers plans to take the franchise route for its retail expansion along with opening of kiosks in shopping malls all over India.

Commenting on the launch, Harshwardhan Patwardhan, founder of Chappers in a statement said, “Chappers is a brand synonymous with the rich heritage of Indian footwear and caters to contemporary life needs. We have created a tremendous combination of digital design and human handicraft to meet the footwear needs for every occasion. As the festive season is in full swing, and Ganesha Chaturthi is coming up soon, we have made extensive preparations to introduce new products and designs to go with the season.”

“The new franchise outlet at Nashik is our endeavor to take the products closer to where the consumers are. You will see more such outlets this year. We look forward to eventually making Chappers India’s preferred personalized footwear brand,” he added.

Chappers currently has a strong retail footprint in Maharashtra and sells through its website, social media channels, and e-commerce platforms such as Myntra among others.
