Caratlane appoints Avnish Anand as CEO

Caratlane has elevated Avnish Anand, currently chief operating officer as its new chief executive officer with immediate effect.

Anand will replace Mithun Sacheti who left the company after Titan Ltd acquired full stake held by him and his family members.

Commenting on the appointment, C K Venkataraman, managing director of Titan Ltd in a statement said, “We are delighted to appoint Avnish as Caratlane’s new CEO. Avnish comes with exceptional strategic and people leadership capabilities and has been instrumental in making Caratlane the true omni channel brand.”

Mithun has been a pillar of support and a sounding board for all my ideas these past years, so of course it’s sad to see him go. Caratlane is engaged in the manufacture and sale of jewellery. Along with its website, Caratlane retails through its 230 brand stores across the country.
