Trent Limited has opened its first store in Bengaluru for its men’s and women’s ethnic wear brand Samoh. The new store is located in the metro’s busy Indira Nagar district and measures 2,000 square feet.
“We are excited to expand our presence and launch our second Samoh store in Bengaluru,” said Trent Limited’s CEO P Venkatesalu in a press release. “Samoh’s collection takes its inspiration from our rich traditions and harmoniously intertwines them with contemporary aesthetics. No doubt that Samoh will imbue our customers’ shopping experiences for life’s special moments.”
The brand also recently launched its debut store in Lucknow to bring its occasion wear to the northern city. Trent Limited plans to expand Samoh’s brick-and-mortar footprint across India to reach shoppers throughout the country.
Tata Group’s Trent Limited describes Samoh as an “elevated occasion wear brand” and the label specialises in festive and bridal wear. The label retails both classic traditional styles as well as modern, fusion style garments to appeal to a wide customer base. Samoh’s latest collection features pastel sherwanis for men and versatile lehenga style skirts for women as well as classic kurta sets.
