Loro Piana unveils new retail concept with Dubai flagship reopening

Loro Piana has reopened its flagship store in Dubai following an extensive renovation, with the luxury brand marking the occasion with a new retail concept.

Located inside Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue, the newly refurbished store spans two floors with an elevator and a private entrance connecting the two sections.

Unveiling a new interior design, the new store concept reflects Loro Piana’s minimalist style, harnessing natural materials, a warm colour palette, oak wood and Carabottino marble details. The façade of the store, inspired by the soft and wavy texture of Loro Piana fabrics, has been reimagined by architects Jun Aoki and Yoshihiko Takeuchi in handmade terracotta ceramic tiles from Italy.   

“The renovation is a return to the heritage of the maison and the legacy of Sergio Loro Piana, reworked in a timeless and thoroughly modern key,” according to a press release.

The first floor is dedicated to VIP clients, made up of separate salons, where shoppers can discover the Fall/Winter 2024 collection in privacy, as well as an exclusive Dubai Mall capsule collection, with the ground floor retailing the Italian brand’s latest collections to the general public.

Today, Loro Piana has two stores in Dubai, with the other location found in the Mall of the Emirates.
