Bombay Shirt Company opens third store in Bengaluru

Menswear brand Bombay Shirt Company has opened its third exclusive brand outlet to date in Bengaluru in the city’s Jayanagar district. The store retails the brand’s selection of formal and casual shirts as well as chinos, t-shirts, and denim.

“We’re very thrilled and excited to be expanding in Bengaluru,” said Bombay Shirt Company’s CEO Akshay Narvekar, India Retailing reported. “Our first store in the city opened five years ago, and we’re very glad to have such a big presence in the city in this span of time.”
 
The store offers made-to-measure tailoring for its collections with the aim of offering well-fitting menswear to the city’s shoppers. The brand’s offerings range from relaxed, flannel shirts to dress shirts in a range of hues as well as stretch pants, dress pants, and casual jeans. The store expands Bombay Shirt Company’s presence in the Bengaluru metro area in addition to its locations in Indiranagar and Lavelle Road. 

Bombay Shirt Company is based in Mumbai and describes itself as India’s first online custom-made shirt brand, according to its website. As well as its direct to customer e-commerce store, the brand retails from its stores in cities including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, and Bengaluru and also has a by-appointment store in New York, US.
