Armani Exchange opens store in Goa’s airport

Premium casual wear brand Armani Exchange has opened a new exclusive brand outlet in Goa’s Manohar International Airport. The new store is designed as a striking cylinder as a central island in the airport and retails the Italian brand’s range of men’s and women’s apparel and accessories.

“Explore the perfect fusion of style and travel as we proudly unveil the grand opening of the Armani Exchange at Manohar International Airport,” the airport announced on Facebook. “Indulge in luxury fashion that resonates with your unique taste and sets the tone for your journey ahead. Happy shopping!”
 
Armani Exchange joins brands including Superdry, Sunglass Hut, Hamleys, Forest Essentials, and Art’Port in the airport’s shopping zone. The store was inaugurated with a ribbon cutting ceremony and launched with the label’s summer collection of graphic t-shirts, cargo pants, and utilitarian bags and accessories.  

Reliance Brands Limited is responsible for operating Armani Exchange stores in India. The first Armani Exchange store opened in India in 2016 in New Delhi’s Select Citywalk mall and has continued to expand across the country ever since, India Retailing reported. 

Armani Exchange (A|X) launched in 1991 as a mass market focused subsidiary of luxury brand Armani. The label today counts over 270 brick-and-mortar stores across 31 countries globally and also retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store.
