Business to customer wedding themed shopping fair Bridal Asia will bring together occasion wear and jewellery brands from across India at its Mumbai event from August 12 to 13. The exhibition will run at the Jio World Convention Centre.
The upcoming edition of Bridal Asia will feature women’s occasion wear, fine jewellery, accessories, trousseau items, and gifts, the event organisers announced on Facebook. Women’s occasion wear brand Saroj Jalan will showcase its latest collection of intricately embellished lehengas and other bridal wear at the event, Bridal Asia announced on Facebook. Based in Kolkata, the brand has a classically traditional aesthetic and is positioned in the premium segment of the market.
Other brands scheduled to take part in the Mumbai fair include Zara Umrigar, Khanna Jewellers, Angel Jewels, Badalia Gems Jewellers, Basil Leaf, Rare Heritage, Tanveer Rim Saniya, Lalita Dagliya, Shaveta and Anuj, Pallavi Jaipur, and Anmol Jewellers among others.
Bridal Asia holds shopping fairs in a number of large Indian cities to connect premium brands with affluent shoppers to boost both sales and brand awareness. The event held its most recent Mumbai fair in February this year at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra and also held a shopping fair in New Delhi in March at the JW Marriott in Aerocity.
