Luxury accessories brand Jimmy Choo has launched its ‘Beach Capsule Collection’ in India to offer a selection of holiday essentials to its Indian customers. The range of resort style accessories is now available in its New Delhi and Mumbai stores.
Jimmy Choo’s Beach Capsule is inspired by nostalgic summer getaways and mixes retro design influences with natural textures, the brand announced in a press release. The “romantic and joyful” line features natural raffia hats and tote bags and adds colour with paprika and magenta hued scarves, bags, and espadrilles.
For day to night options, black beaded handbags and platform sandals are designed to be paired with silky foulards for an opulent resort look. Launching the line in India both reaffirms the label’s commitment to continuing to solidify its place in the Indian luxury market and the rise in popularity of resort wear in the country.
Jimmy Choo was established in 1996 and is part of the Capri Holdings Limited global fashion luxury group which is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CPRI. The brand is currently led by CEO Hannah Colman and creative director Sandra Choi.
Jimmy Choo retails in India through five stores located across Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Bengaluru, according to the brand’s website. The brand opened its first store in India in Mumbai in 2007.
