Vishal Mega Mart launches at Udaipur’s Urban Square Mall

Fast moving consumer goods retail chain Vishal Mega Mart has opened a new brick-and-mortar store in Urban Square Mall in Udaipur. The launch is the business’ second offline location in the city and is designed to enable it to connect with more shoppers in Rajasthan.

Following the launch, Vishal Mega Mart now counts 18 outlets in the state of Rajasthan, the business announced in a press release. The expansive store retails product categories including personal care goods, clothing, accessories, and groceries among others.
 
Urban Square Mall is a project by real estate development business Bhumika Group and is the largest mall in Rajasthan. Vishal Mega Mart joins brands in the shopping centre including Levi’s, And, The Body Shop, Forest Essentials, Rare Rabbit, and United Colors if Benetton among others, according to its website.
 
“Our brand-mix strategy is focussed on making Urban Square Mall a one-stop destination for shoppers and travellers,” said Bhumika Group’s managing director Uddhav Poddar in a press release. “Ever since the mall opened its doors to the public, it has emerged as the city’s most sought-after commercial destination. We are also curating a diverse range of activities at regular intervals to enhance the mall’s experiential proposition and turn Urban Square Mall into a place that offers top-of-the-line shopping, leisure and dining experience.”
