Vishal Fabrics Limited names Suketu Shah as new CEO

Textiles business and denim specialist Vishal Fabrics Limited has appointed Suketu Shah as its new CEO. In his new role, Shah will be tasked with leading the Ahmedabad based business’ targeted growth in the Indian market. 

“We are delighted to welcome Suketu to the Chiripal family,” said Vishal Fabrics Limited’s managing director Brijmohan D Chiripal, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “VFL is at an inflection point, and Suketu’s strong business acumen, coupled with his vast knowledge of the sector, will help us navigate the growth journey. We look forward to greater success ahead.”

Having graduated from MS University of Vadodara, Shah has achieved a Bachelor of Science degree and a diploma in textile chemistry. The executive also counts over 40 years of experience in both the Indian and international textile industry with stints at businesses including the RSWM Group’s LNJ Denim, APAC Inti Corpora in Indonesia, and Mafatlal Industries Limited among others.
