  • Start by cleaning the fruit while its skin is still on.
  • Cut it in half, peel the skin off, and wrap the halves separately in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
  • Pop it and toss it in the freezer. Be sure to write the date, so you don’t forget about it!

Even if you have pureed your avocados, you could still store them in the freezer. Follow the steps:

  • Juice some lemon on it.
  • Keep it in a bag or airtight container for storage.
  • Place the container in the freezer.
