The Souled Store onboards MoEngage to boost customer experience

Apparel and licensed pop-culture merchandise brand The Souled Store has onboarded insights-led customer engagement platform MoEngage to power automated customer journeys and improve customer experience.

“This partnership has been fruitful for us,” said The Souled Store’s chief of staff Bhaavya Gupta in a press release. “Our push campaigns have seen quite a bit of success in deliverability and click-through rates. We’ve also been able to expand the number of channels we engage with our customers through– from only push to WhatsApp and emails. The automation of multiple flows (i.e., customer journeys and campaigns) is the cherry on top. Needless to say, we’ve scaled our engagement initiatives seamlessly with MoEngage.”
 
The Souled Store previously used a CRM platform to drive its customer engagement initiatives but its expansion has necessitated a technology upgrade. MoEngage’s offering facilitates scalability and automation to help the brand attract new customers and retain them.
