“Countless days of brainstorming and many many hours of creating together have finally led to the day when we are ready to open our doors to welcome you all to The Palace Atelier,” the store announced on Instagram. “A space that echoes with countless stories of hard work and persistence. A place that has been lovingly crafted to the minutest detail. As you walk in and discover the magic of TPA, here’s a tip of the hat to the people behind it all. We are thrilled to welcome you all.”

The store has a standalone space near the Mubarak Mahal and is designed to function as more than just a museum store for the palace and showcase a curated selection of art, craft, and design goods, the palace’s museum announced on Facebook. Shoppers can now browse a mix of Rajasthani heritage crafts and modern luxury fashion labels seven days a week.

The store is designed to empower local artisans, Homegrown India reported. The boutique also features a number of sustainable products such as an ‘Upcycled Canvas Grocery Bag’ to highlight its commitment to eco-friendly production.
