Work casuals focused menswear brand The Bear House plans to open six brick-and-mortar stores by the end of the 2025 financial year to strengthen its offline retail presence. The exclusive brand outlets will be spread across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, New Delhi, and Mumbai.
“We’re excited to launch two stores in Bengaluru, two in Hyderabad, one in New Delhi, and one in Mumbai by the end of the financial year,” said The Bear House’s co-founders Tanvi Somaiya and Harsh Somaiya in a press release. “Our aim is to enhance our omni-channel presence by blending online convenience with unique in-store experiences to better connect with our customers. People from Bengaluru, Delhi, and Hyderabad are perfectly aligned with our brand ethos, as is evident from the significant contribution we’ve seen through online orders.”
Each of the upcoming stores will measure approximately 2,000 square feet and their interior layouts will be designed to foster an engaging shopping experience. The stores will house The Bear House’s range of ‘smart work casuals,’ designed to cater to the needs of the modern professional.
The Bear House currently retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store, multi-brand store Broadway in New Delhi’s Ambience Mall, and a number of multi-brand e-commerce platforms. Entrepreneurs Tanvi and Harsh Somaiya launched The Bear House in 2018 with the aim of creating clothing which mixes comfort with style and can be worn from the office to co-working spaces to coffee shops, according to the label.
