Sky Mobile is down for some customers, with people experiencing issues with 3G, 4G and 5G services.
Sky Mobile said in a statement: “We are investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.”
One user on X wrote: “Sky mobile is down again!! Such patchy service this week.”
Another said: “I have a phone that won’t work for anything if I turn off my WiFi and I need to leave for work soon.”
Downdetector, which measures outages, showed more than 270 people had reported outages on Thursday morning.
A total of 65% of those users reported problems accessing the internet, while 30% had issues with their phone and 5% their TV.
Sky Mobile acknowledged the issue on X at 8.53am on Thursday morning, saying: “We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are experiencing issues with their 3G/4G/5G services.”
