Siddartha Tytler unveils Caligula’s Feast collection at India Couture Week

Designer Siddartha Tytler unveiled his latest collection ‘Caligula’s Feast’ on day three of the FDCI Hyundai India Couture Week 2024 in New Delhi.

The collection an ode to the Roman Emperor, Caligula features lehengas, bandh galas, sherwanis, kurtas, suits, sarees, gowns, dresses, corsets accompanied by capsule of drapes and armour.

Malaika Arora and Rahul Khanna walked the ramp as the showstoppers. Arora walked the runway in a jacket blouse paired with an embellished lehenga while Rahul Khanna walked in a sherwani and fitted pants.

Commenting on the collection, Siddartha Tytler in a statement said, “My latest collection reimagines Caligula’s world with a modern twist. Featuring rich jewel tones and intricate details – ‘Caligula’s Feast’ is a celebration of luxury and royalty, brought to life with dramatic drapery and bold silhouettes.”

“Dive into ‘Caligula’s Feast,’ where the notorious Roman Emperor Caligula inspires a wild blend of self-indulgence, extravagance, and opulence drenched in unrivalled richness and cheeky debauchery,” he added.

Day three of ICW concluded with a show by Kunal Rawal who showcased his collection ‘Sehra’ with actor Aditya Roy Kapur walking as the showstopper.
