Shoppers Stop relaunches Mumbai flagship store with all new features and interactive events

Department store chain Shoppers Stop has relaunched its flagship store at Inorbit Mall in Mumbai as Shoppers Stop 2.0, designed to offer an elevated premium shopping journey. The store opened with a ‘Beauty Carnival’ and ‘Fashion Walk’ for Spring 2025. 

“Shoppers Stop invites fashion enthusiasts to explore the new flagship store at Inorbit Mall, Malad, and immerse themselves in the finest styles of Spring 2025,” announced the brand in a press release. The reimagined space focuses on premium labels and houses over 500 Indian and international fashion, beauty, and lifestyle labels. 

“Shoppers Stop 2.0 is redefining premium retail with an immersive shopping experience at Inorbit Mall, Malad,” said Shoppers Stop’s customer care associate, managing director, and CEO Kavindra Mishra in a press release. “Our reimagined store features AI-assisted shopping for seamless discovery, a grand and exclusive Personal Shopper Lounge offering unmatched comfort and personalized styling, and a curated selection of global brands like Armani, Prada, Valentino, Nars, True Religion, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Guess. With engaging spaces like a dedicated kids’ play area and a vibrant gaming arcade, we are setting the tone for a new retail experience- not just for Shoppers Stop, but for Indian retail as a whole.”

The store’s Beauty Carnival featured interactive events including selfie and photo-booths, temporary tattoos, face painting, engraving stations, and refreshments. A fashion runway show conceptualised by Edward Lalrempuia and Sheefa Gilani showcased Spring fashion from Shoppers Stop’s own labels Fratini, Life, Stop, and Haute Curry as well as premium brands Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Levi’s, and Armani Exchange among others.
