Rumer Willis says she is “grateful” to her “mom bod” following the birth of her first child, celebrating its new “softer and rounder and jiggly” contours and embracing her “transformation”.
The 34-year-old – who is the eldest daughter of Hollywood stars Bruce Willis and Demi Moore – gave birth to her daughter Louetta Isley Thomas Willis in April.
She posted an unfiltered naked image on Instagram, with her hair scraped up and minimal make-up, in celebration of her new body.
Willis wrote: “This body of mine made a human from scratch… She is the love of my life”.

The star has previously called out body shamers online, and spoken about her past issues with body image.
She went on: “This body of mine that I spent so many years trying to shape and mould into what I thought was desirable or made me feel good in clothes, is a little softer and rounder and jiggly and different and that’s ok, more than ok it’s kind of amazing because I grew a person inside of it”.
She said that her body was “still readjusting,” adding: “Whatever shape it ends up in I am just grateful for all that it did and continues to do”.
Detailing her “ongoing process of transformation,” she said she was “grateful for every twist and turn,” going on: “My breasts, might be bigger and perhaps ever so drifting downward but what a gift and privilege that they can feed and provide nourishment for my Lou”.
She added: “They also make a fantastic pillow while we co-sleep. My hips and tummy, now softer and rounder, cradle my daughter in safety, warmth, and love.”

Willis ended her post: “The most profound beauty I’ve ever felt in myself emerges from remembering daily, to not reject these parts of me, but just embrace and give them such deep gratitude”.
She also thanked her team “for helping me take a moment to take care of this mom bod”.
Willis and her partner, musician Derek Richard Thomas, announced Louetta’s birth the month after it was revealed that her father had been diagnosed with aphasia, a type of frontotemporal dementia (FTD) – a degenerative brain disorder which affects language or speech.
The Hollywood actor, who has previously starred in box office hits including the Die Hard series, Pulp Fiction, Armageddon, and Looper, retired from acting following the diagnosis.
Louetta is his first grandchild.
