Rimzim Dadu to open flagship store in Hyderabad in January 2025

Luxury brand Rimzim Dadu will open a flagship store in Hyderabad in January 2025. Set to launch in the city’s Banjara Hills premium shopping district,the exclusive brand outlet will bring the label’s sculptural and conceptual designs to the Telangana capital city’s shoppers. 

“Hyderabad’s artistic heritage, from intricate textiles to exquisite architecture, mirrors the essence of Rimzim Dadu- where every piece tells a story, and every thread connects the past to the future,” announced the brand on Facebook. “A city where technology and tradition coexist and live in perfect harmony. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest flagship store at Banjara Hills Road no.10 in January 2025 unveiling a new era in modern couture.”

The brand teased the upcoming store with striking gold visuals and a gown made with metallic leaves. The upcoming store is designed to showcase textile art and present the label’s creations in an engaging and conceptual manner. 

Rimzim Dadu recently dressed Radhika Merchant Ambani in a custom gold fringed gown for the winter festive season. The label is known for its use of hair-thin steel metal thread to create metallic sarees and gown which keep their dramatic shapes whilst being worn. 

Both a couture and luxury ready-to-wear brand, Rimzim Dadu began life in 2007 under the moniker ‘My Village’ with a runway show at Lakmé Fashion Week‘s ‘Gen Next‘ presentation for up and coming designers. Eponymous designer Rimzim Dadu showcased her latest collection on the runway at the 17th edition of Hyundai India Couture Week in July 2024, which featured fluid fusion wear looks with Sobhita Dhulipala as the event’s showstopper.
