Raymond Lifestyle Ltd’s managing director Sunil Kataria resigns

Raymond Lifestyle Ltd has announced that Sunil Kataria will be resigning as managing director of the company with effect from March 31, 2024. The company has started the process of identifying and onboarding a new CEO as his replacement.

In the interim, the senior management team led by executive chairman of Raymond Lifestyle Gautam Hari Singhania will oversee the business operations.

Commenting on Kataria’s resignation, Gautam Hari Singhania in a statement said, “Sunil has been instrumental in strengthening Raymond Lifestyle’s market presence and leading the company through phase one of our transformation. We appreciate his leadership and contributions and wish him success in his future endeavours.”

Sunil Kataria added, “I am thankful to Mr Singhania and the entire Raymond Lifestyle team for this unique opportunity to lead a brand with such a rich legacy.
