Powerlook launches five new India stores across three states (#1688547)

Apparel brand Powerlook has launched five brick-and-mortar outlets in three Indian states. The new exclusive brand outlets have added a total of 30,000 square feet of retail space to the brand’s portfolio. 

“The stage is set, and Surat is decorated with our best,” wrote Powerlook on Facebook to announce its Surat store launch. “Get ready for the biggest store launch event in your city. Powerlook is opening its gates for the very first time in Surat!”

Powerlook’s other new stores have opened across Bengaluru in Karnataka, Vadodara in Gujarat, and Mumbai’s Ghatkopar in Maharashtra, ET Retail reported. The brand’s new outlets retail men’s casual wear including graphic t-shirts, button down shirts, trousers, and knitwear among other garments. 

“Sales have grown by 25% to 30% after each store opening, demonstrating that our expansion strategy is well executed and result driven,” said Powerlook’s co-founder Raghav Pawar in a statement, the Press Trust of India reported. Entrepreneurial brothers Amar Pawar and Raghav Pawar launched Powerlook in Mumbai in 2017, according to the brand’s website. The label debuted online in 2019 and retails from its direct to customer website in addition to its offline stores.
