Police in Australia apologise for role in stealing indigenous children | Indigenous Rights

The police force in the Australian state of Victoria has issued an apology for its role in forcibly taking Indigenous children from their families during the 19th and 20th centuries. Survivors of what is known as the Stolen Generation say the apology is long overdue.
