P N Rao expands presence with first store in Hyderabad

Bengaluru-based fashion brand P N Rao has strengthened its retail presence in the south Indian market with the launch of its first store in the city of Hyderabad, Telangana.

The store located in Jubilee Hill will offer suits in three broad categories that include ready-to-wear, designer made-to-measure and classic bespoke tailoring.

The brand plans to open more stores across India through the franchisee route in the coming months.
Commenting on the launch, Ketan Pishe, partner at P N Rao in a statement said, “With its advent in Hyderabad, P N Rao is poised to make its presence felt in the city, catering to the requirements of the people. P N Rao’s entry into the city is both timely and strategic, responding to a burgeoning demand for ready-to-wear garments and classic bespoke tailoring.”

Naveen Pishe, partner at P N Rao added, “Adding our 8th store in the Southern hemisphere and the first in Hyderabad in a series of many more to come in Telangana. Our vision is to take the legacy brand deeper and wider across the country in phases, through the franchisee route. As a first step, we have identified a franchisee with whom we have signed a letter of intent for geographical expansion into other territories.”

PN Rao run by Naveen Pishe, Ketan Pishe, and Machender Pishe, currently has 5 stores in Bengaluru, 2 in Chennai and 1 in Telangana.
