Orra Fine Jewellery has rolled out a range of in store events to engage shoppers and drive footfall this festive season. Orra’s invite only events include live jewellery craftsmanship demonstrations and styling sessions with refreshments and interactive elements.
“These personalised services and festive touches reflect Orra’s dedication to long-term relationships by making every visit a memorable journey, ensuring customers feel valued and connected to the brand on a personal level,” announced Orra Fine Jewellery in a press release. “We constantly strive to provide an exceptional and delightful shopping experience for our customers. Offering personalised services within our stores is part of our ongoing effort to create a warm, engaging, and memorable environment for every visitor, especially during the festive season.”
With the rise of online shopping, brick-and-mortar increasingly must offer shoppers exclusive offline only experiences to give them a reason to make the trip to the shop. Orra also uses its interactive events to build a sense of brand community which helps to encourage repeat customers.
Orra’s brand history dates back to 1888 and the label specialises in diamond and gold jewellery. Today, Orra Fine Jewellery counts 95 stores in 40 cities and also runs five global design centres which drive its product innovation.
