Nike launches store in New Delhi’s Pacific Mall

Sportswear brand Nike has launched a large scale store in New Delhi’s Pacific Mall at Tagore Garden. The outlet features digital screens, a segment dedicated to running, and a wall of footwear to offer a comprehensive sportswear solution.

“A true testament to Nike’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the world of sports, here’s presenting the brand-new flagship store at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden,” announced the shopping centre on Facebook. “Spacious and up to date with the latest trends in athleisure and activewear, the expansive range of athletic footwear, sports apparel and accessories is worth all the hype and more! So, come and experience the ultimate in sports retail and join us in celebrating this iconic brand at your favourite.”
 
Products available in the new store include clothing for men and women, sneakers, accessories, inner wear such as sports bras, and performance gear among others, according to the mall’s walkthrough video of the outlet. Along with clothing designed to be worn during sporting activities, the store also houses athleisure and fashion collections designed for everyday casual wear.
 
“Nike experience store now opened at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden with a wide range of athleisure and Jordon products,” announced Pacific Development Corporation Limited’s vice president of business development on Linkedin.
 
Nike launched in the Indian market in 1995 through a partnership between Sierra Industrial Enterprises. In 2004, Nike India was established as a subsidiary of Nike Inc and the brand today has stores across the country and also retails online.
