Omni-channel retailer More Retail has partnered with Times Prime to ameliorate its customer loyalty offerings. The move comes as More Retail’s More+ Diamond Loyalty Program crosses one million members which, according to More Retail, makes it India’s largest loyalty program in offline grocery retail.
“Our collaboration with Times Prime has enabled us to extend our value proposition beyond groceries,” said More Retail’s managing director Vinod Nambiar in a press release. “In addition to the 5% cash-back, monthly product offers and free deliveries through the More App, our partnership has enabled our More+ Diamond members to enjoy benefits in categories such as OTT, health, travel, and dining. Achieving the one million member milestone within six months of program launch is a testament to the value we have been offering to our customers.”
More Retail’s More+ Diamond members can avail benefits from over 40 brands including Myntra, YouTube Premium, and Starbucks. The business aims to continue to expand its loyalty program member base by upgrading its features with Times Prime. More Retail operates over 750 supermarkets and hypermarkets across India retailing product categories ranging from personal care and beauty to fruits and vegetables.
“By combining Times Prime’s wide-ranging lifestyle benefits with More Retail’s grocery services, we’ve created a program that meets many needs of today’s consumers,” said Times Prime’s founder and business head Harshita Singh.
