Laura Ashley partners with Bradford License India for India market entry in 2025

British fashion and lifestyle brand Laura Ashley will launch in the Indian market at the beginning of 2025. The move is part of a plan to expand the brand globally in partnership with Indian licensing agency Bradford License India.

“We are delighted to be working with Bradford License India to expand the brand globally,” said Laura Ashley Global’s president and Gordon Brothers’ senior managing director of brand operations Carolyn D’Angelo, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “We will be partnering with Bradford License India to select strategic partnerships that are able to bring our distinct aesthetic to consumers throughout India. Following the global achievements of the brand over the last few years, including our successful seventieth year, and the relaunch of our fashion range, the time is right to expand and create a destination for Laura Ashley in India.”
 
Laura Ashley will launch in India with a range of its product categories including textiles and soft furnishings, wallpaper, furniture, and upholstery. The brand was acquired by Gordon Brothers in 2020 which has expanded its retail reach to 81 countries so far.

Laura Ashley is known for its classic British aesthetic and floral print textiles. The brand has an over 70-year history and its network of product licensees comprises 210 global licensed product categories.
