Women’s ethnic and fusion wear brand Lakshita plans to double its revenue by the 2028 financial year, fuelled by brick-and-mortar retail expansion. The New Delhi based brand plans to open a total of 100 exclusive brand outlets in India by the end of the 2025 financial year.

Along with expanding in the domestic market, Lakshita also has its sights set on global retail, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. The business aims to debut in the international market in 2025 and begin to build a global customer base while continuing to build upon its India operations.

Lakshita recently opened an exclusive brand outlet in New Delhi’s Khan Market, the brand announced on Facebook. Along with launching in new locations, the label plans to renovate existing stores and upgrade their technology to ameliorate the shopping experience. In order to drive offline footfall and build customer relationships, Lakshita offers lifetime alterations on its garments for its customers.

As the business continues to expand its retail network, Lakshita also plans to diversify its product offering for a comprehensive wardrobe solution. Building upon its ethnic and traditional wear collections, the label will launch a dedicated wedding line, with garments for brides and wedding guests alike. The brand will also launch new Indo-Western collections to mix Indian textiles with global silhouettes.
