Entrepreneur Megha Batra has launched Koe Beauty as a sustainable colour cosmetics brand. The label has debuted its maiden line of vegan and cruelty free beauty products, catering to individuals of all genders, ages, and backgrounds.
“At Koe Beauty, we aim to redefine the beauty experience by combining innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability,” said the brand’s founder and managing director Megha Batra in a press release. “Our mission is to make makeup effortless, accessible, and confidence-boosting for everyone, everywhere.”
Koe Beauty has set up a direct to customer e-commerce store to retail its products from and has also made them available to purchase on multi-brand e-commerce platform Amazon. Setting its sights on an omni-channel retail strategy, Koe Beauty plans to expand into physical retail by 2026.
The brand’s first makeup collection focuses on the blush and lip product categories including a ‘Double Dip’ dual-purpose gloss and matte lip colour, a ‘Lip Click’ pH-adaptive balm, a ‘Marble Blush’ blush with a complementary highlighter, and a ‘Magic Blush’ which adjusts to individual skin tones. Each product contains skin friendly ingredients such as Vitamin E and avocado oil.
The products also cater to visually impaired individuals and are priced competitively, according to Koe Beauty. The brand has used eco-conscious packaging and a ‘dual functionality’ concept for its products to offer convenience and value, Koe Beauty announced.
