Kaya Limited reports Q4 net loss of Rs 99 crore

Kaya Limited reported a net loss of Rs 99 crore ($12 million) for the fourth quarter ended March 2024 after considering one-time impact of Rs 82 crore for impairment of goodwill and cost related to Middle East sale, as against a net loss of Rs 58 crore in the year ago quarter.

The company’s revenue for the quarter grew by 3 percent to Rs 95 crore, as against Rs 93 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

“Product business at clinics registered a revenue growth of 25 percent over Q4FY23 mainly driven by categories like hair care, skin care and nutraceuticals. Services business registered a revenue growth of 24 percent over Q4FY23 mainly driven by categories like body contouring, acne, hair care and beauty facials,” Kaya Ltd said in a press release.

“Customer count grew by 14 percent over Q4FY23 aided by additional customer counts through omnichannel route,” it added.

Kaya products are retailed through its clinics and e-commerce partners that include Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, Flipkart, Myntra among others.
