JD Institute of Fashion Technology to host ‘JD Design Festival 2024’

JD Institute of Fashion Technology will host its ‘JD Design Festival 2024’ on June 29 in the city of Bengaluru.

The one-day event will see fashion and jewellery shows with young designers from JD Institute of Fashion Technology showcasing their collections.

Commenting on the event, Nealesh Dalal, managing trustee of JD Institute of Fashion Technology in a statement said, “This renowned show recognises exceptional student designers, offering them a platform to unveil their forward-thinking designs and gain the recognition they deserve. We develop their skills and launch them into the spotlight of the design industry, equipping them for a future where design and AI integrate seamlessly.”

“AI offers transformative possibilities, assisting in trend forecasting, material selection, and pattern creation, which frees designers to focus on the creative process of conceptualization, strategic planning, and the human touch that gives design its soul,” he added.

The event will be supported by Arjunaa Jewellers and Lakme Academy.
