The move sets the stage for Interparfums to begin commercial use of the Off-White fragrance brands after an existing license expires on December 31, 2025.

The agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the two companies, focusing on strategies, product launches, and market initiatives.

Founded in 2012, by the late designer Virgil Abloh, Off-White is known for its high-end streetwear influences and bold approach to youth luxury. The brand is celebrated for its deconstructionist approach, combining contrasting materials with functional details, as well as its distinctive visual symbols, including crossed arrows, quotation marks, and the iconic “X” logo.

“Off-White blends the worlds of streetwear and luxury in a spirit of talent and inventiveness,” said Jean Madar, chairman & chief executive officer of Interparfums.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for us considering the brand’s unique positioning, not to mention Virgil Abloh’s impressive creative legacy. This brand will help us explore new openings for fragrances in the luxury sector.”

The first Off-White fragrance products under Interparfums’ direction are anticipated to debut in 2026.

Interparfums’s portfolio currently includes brands such as Coach, Jimmy Choo, Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Spade, Lacoste, MCM, Moncler, and Van Cleef & Arpels, among others.
