Fashion and lifestyle brand House of Masaba created custom wedding looks for the nuptials of Indian badminton star PV Sindhu and Posidex’s executive director Venkata Datta Sai as the brand deepens its focus on bridal wear.
House of Masaba created a custom ‘Ambar Bagh’ lehenga for PV Sindhu, made from sea-green tissue textiles, the brand announced in a press release. The lehenga was adorned with tree designs and ‘Sehra’ motifs in Dhagai and Dori work, blending traditional craft techniques with the label’s signature youthful and bold style.
PV Sindhu’s lehenga was styled with a modern style Kurta Blouse which was worn over a ‘Son Phal Bustier’ and paired with a tissue dupatta featuring gota and foil details. The dupatta was adorned with custom charms such as badminton racquets, shuttlecocks, gold medals, and paper airplanes to symbolise the pair’s relationship.
“Every detail of the couple’s attire was carefully curated to tell a story of love, achievements, and shared dreams,” announced the brand in a press release. “House of Masaba’s signature blend of tradition and modernity made these ensembles a perfect choice for PV Sindhu and Venkata Datta Sai, adding a touch of artistry and emotion to their special day.”
House of Masaba also created a bespoke knuckle ring for PV Sindhu along with the brand’s ‘Nandi’ Matha Patti and a traditional Paranda. The brand dressed Venkata Datta Sai in an ‘Ambar Bagh’ kurta and veshti set with a similar fusion aesthetic.
