Beauty business House of Beauty has promoted its executive Sanjali Giri to the role of chief business officer from her position as vice president of international brands: distribution and retail. In her new role, Giri will spearhead the growth and expansion of the business’ international brand portfolio.
“Sanjali has consistently demonstrated exceptional business leadership with an accelerated brand expansion within India in the last three years,” announced House of Beauty in a press release. “Her commitment to redefining beauty standards in India and her dedication to introducing innovative brands align perfectly with the mission at House of Beauty.”
Giri has over two decades of experience in the beauty and fashion industry to her new role. The executive played an instrumental part in bringing six global brands to the Indian beauty market in the past few years. Brands that Giri has expanded in India include Anastasia Beverly Hills, Kylie Cosmetics, Max Factor, Juice Beauty, Neal’s Yard Remedies, and EcoTools.
House of Beauty runs multi-brand beauty platform Boddess and plans to launch experiential retail stores for the business in the near future. House of Beauty has also launched a number of international and celebrity run beauty brands to the Indian market both online and through brick-and-mortar points of sale.
