Fashion retailer H&M India has opened two new brick-and-mortar stores to bring its pan-India store total to 65. The outlets in Dehradun’s Mall of Dehradun and Surat’s International Wealth Center are designed to offer an an immersive shopping experience.
H&M opened its 64th India store in Dehradun’s Mohkampur neighbourhood to bolster its retail presence in Uttarakhand and offer the city’s shoppers 1,252 square meters of trend driven apparel and accessories, the brand announced in a press release. The store is H&M’s second address in Dehradun.
H&M then launched its 65th India outlet on Surat’s Main VIP Road. Measuring 1,351 square meters, the store is the global brand’s first in the Gujarat city.
“India is a wonderfully diverse and dynamic market, and we recognise the unique needs of our local customers here,” said H&M India’s director Helena Kuylenstierna in a press release. “With our 64th store in Mall of Dehradun and 65th store in Surat, we aim to enhance our relevance and build closer connections in the community. We look forward to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience, curated collections, and quality fashion that truly celebrates self-expression. As we continue expanding across India, we remain committed to making fashion accessible for all.”
Both stores launched with H&M’s new ‘Holiday Collection,’ which features “party essentials” with festive splashes of sequins, gold, and sparkle. The collection is priced from Rs 1,499 and joins H&M’s selection of casual wear and basics in the new stores.
