Hidesign, a premium accessories brand has partnered with Unicommerce to strengthen its operations across online and offline channels.
With this partnership, Hidesign will use Unicommerce’s technology to streamline its e-commerce operations, improve billing efficiency and provide an enhanced post-purchase experience to its end-customers.
Currently, the brand has integrated over 50 of its stores and warehouses with the Unicommerce platform.
Commenting on the partnership, Pujaspada Pandab, chief finance officer at Hidesign in a statement said, “With e-commerce becoming the go-to choice for today’s customers, it is important to adopt the right kind of technology. Founded in 1978 by entrepreneur Dilip Kapur, the Pondicherry-based brand currently retails its products across 23 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Nepal, Portugal, Kenya, and the UAE among others.
