Men’s accessories brand Haldèn has raised Rs 5 crore in a seed funding round led by Mumbai-based family office Prajay Advisors. The business plans to use the capital to boost its brand presence and widen its product selection.
“The fundraised will be strategically used to expand Haldèn’s offline presence too,” said the label’s director and co-founder Mukund Singhal, ET Retail reported. “The goal is to enhance brand visibility, increase sales, and penetrate new online and retail markets.”
Haldèn retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store which offers free delivery across India. The label also caters to corporate gifting.
“Our goal is to make luxury products accessible to a wider audience while maintaining the quality and affordability that our customers expect,” said Haldèn’s co-founder and director Anuj Beriwal, the Economic Times reported.
Haldèn was established in 2019 and specialises in belts, sunglasses, and wallets for men, according to its website. The brand has processed orders from more than one lakh customers from both Tier 1 and 2 cities since its launch. With a modern, sleek aesthetic, Haldèn has both leather and vegan leather product ranges.
