Go Fashion India Q3 net profit rises 4 percent to Rs 24 crore

Go Fashion India Limited, parent company of the leading women’s bottom wear brands ‘Go Colors’ reported a 4 percent increase in net profit to Rs 24 crore ($2.8 million) for the third quarter, as against Rs 23 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 6 percent to Rs 215 crore, as against Rs 202 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Commenting on the results, Gautam Saraogi, CEO of Go Fashion in a statement said, “We at Go Colors continue to out-perform expectations and despite the soft demand environment we have continued to maintain our growth trajectory. Revenue from operations during 9M FY25 grew by 11% to Rs 643 crore, and EBITDA grew by 9% to Rs 206 crore. Even though SSSG has remained flattish we have maintained an EBITDA Margin of 32%.”

“We look forward to continuing our innovative and creative approach and launch more designs while providing more brand destinations for our consumers which will help us grow and gain market share in the coming years,” he added.

In 9M FY25, Go Fashion added a net of 61 new stores to take its total store count to 775 stores. In the current quarter it plans to add 20 to 30 new stores.
