Men’s ethnic and western wear brand French Crown plans to enter the brick-and-mortar retail market and open stores in key Indian locations comprising Surat, Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Chandrapur, Haryana, Delhi, Champa, Jalgoan, and Yavatmal.
“The online space has allowed us to reach a wider audience and build a global presence, but we have seen that many customers still appreciate the in-store experience, especially when it comes to luxury fashion,” said French Crown’s co-founder Ilesh Ghevariya, India Retailing reported. “Our offline stores will offer exclusive collections, providing our customers with something they won’t find online.”
The brand plans to use its upcoming offline stores to give shoppers the chance to try out its products in person. The stores will also offer personalised tailoring services and offline exclusive products to drive footfall.
French Crown’s direct to customer e-commerce store currently caters to shoppers in around 90 countries globally. The label launches around 300 new designs each week and aims to offer premium goods for modern men.
Ilesh Ghevariya and Bhavdip Ghevariya launched French Crown in 2016 with the aim of creating a sustainable fashion brand. The label retails products including ethnic sets, button down and printed shirts and accessories such as belts, according to the brand’s Facebook page.
