Leading luxury watch retailer Ethos Ltd has partnered with Unicommerce for its ‘Uniware’ software to strengthen its online presence by enhancing its customer experience on its website and online marketplaces.
With this partnership, Ethos will use Unicommerce’s technology to optimise order management and streamline delivery processes for its growing base of online buyers.
Additionally, Unicommerce platform will allow Ethos to offer a wider assortment of products online, making store inventory available to shoppers across smaller towns and cities where it doesn’t have a physical presence.
Commenting on the partnership, Nikhil Adhlakha, head of e-commerce at Ethos in a statement said, “We are seeing a tremendous growth opportunity in the Indian market. We are optimistic that this partnership with Unicommerce will further strengthen our operational efficiency to meet growing demand.”
