Skincare brand CosIq reached a sales total of Rs 8 crore in the 2024 financial year. The New Delhi based business plans to expand its product portfolio to continue to drive growth.
The brand’s sales growth in the past fiscal year was driven by its signature products which include its Vitamin C face serum and its sunscreen serum, India Retailing reported. These were CosIq’s bestselling items, retailing from its direct to customer e-commerce store.
The brand’s products are cruelty free and based on science-backed research, according to OurCrowd. In order to drive its next round of growth, CosIq plans to expand its product selection to offer a comprehensive skincare solution.
In the 2025 financial year, CosIq has launched a product line inspired by the Netflix series ‘Emily in Paris’ to connect with fans of the show. The collection includes fragrances, moisturisers, shower gels, and mists.
Entrepreneurs and spouses Kanika Talwar and Angad Talwar launched CosIq in 2022 and the business has received funding from principal investors Vineeta Singh and Anupam Mittal. The brand formulates its skincare products in house and aims to offer solutions based products for an affordable price, according to its website. CosIq’s name refers to ‘cosmetics’ and ‘IQ,’ signifying ‘high intelligence.’
