Eyewear brand ClearDekho has opened five new brick-and-mortar outlets to bolster its offline presence. The brand plans to launch around 50 stores this fiscal year as it aims to almost double its revenue year on year.
“Five new stores, one vision- bringing clarity and style closer to you,” announced ClearDekho on Facebook. The new stores are located in Ghaziabad’s VVIP Raj Nagar Extension, Meerut’s Pallavpuram, Gujarat’s Anand, Jaipur’s Raja Park, and Lucknow’s Jankipuram.
“ClearDekho is building India’s most affordable eyewear brand targeting the massive eyewear market that continues to be 80% unorganised,” said the brand’s founder Shivi Singh, India Retailing reported. The business reported a revenue total of Rs 23.6 crore in the 2024 financial year and is targeting Rs 40 crore in revenue for the ongoing 2025 fiscal year with franchise store openings contributing to growth.
Shivi Singh established ClearDekho in 2016 to cater to value shoppers in Tier 2, 3, and 4 markets who the entrepreneur feels are underserved in terms of their eyewear needs. The business retails with an omni-channel approach and its main products are prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. ClearDekho has received investments from Dholakia Ventures, Venture Catalysts, the Jaipuria Family Office, SOSV, and Aroa Ventures.
