Boat expands product range with launch of smart ring

Indian wearables brand Boat has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of its fashion and lifestyle accessory ‘Smart Ring Active’.

The brand claims that its smart ring made of stainless-steel tracks heart rate, monitors sleep, and is water resistant. The ring with a portable charging case is available in multiple sizes and colours.

Additionally, the ring also allows users to view their heart rate, sleep, and health tracker in an augmented reality experience.

Commenting on the launch, Sameer Mehta, co-founder CEO of Boat in a statement said, “We are ringing in the revolution in smart tech with launch of the Boat smart ring active. The smart ring active priced at Rs 2999 ($35) will be available for purchase from July 20th on Boat’s website, Amazon, and Flipkart.
