Bhumika Group appoints Sunil Yadav as head of leasing and business development

Real estate and mall developer Bhumika Group has appointed Sunil Yadav as its new head of leasing and business development. In his new role, Yadav will drive the business’ leasing initiatives across the retail, office spaces, and the hospitality sectors.

Yadav brings over two decades of experience in the leasing sector to his new role. Over his career, Yadav has worked with businesses including Ashok Malhotra Group and Omaxe Limited as well as with international property consultants including Knight Frank. The executive will bring his experience executing high-impact projects to fuel growth at Bhumika Group.
